cycle slips can be detected. Except for the ambiguity term, all other terms on the right side are of low variation. Any cycle slips will lead to a sudden jump of the time difference of the phases. The differenced data may be fitted with polynomials, and the polynomials can be used for interpolating or extrapolating the data at the checking epoch; the computed and differenced data then can be compared to decide if there are any cycle slips.
